The clarification page is where you can find all existing clarifications that you or others participating in this contest have requested for. A clarification that someone else have requested for will only be visible to you after the contest organizer has responded to it.
Clicking the Request button will take you to a form where you can request for a clarification from the contest organizer. You will receive a notification when your clarification is responded to.
